Consultancy
This delivery option typically is project-focused. Do you want to enhance your Captivate e-Learning projects with advanced interactivity? Do you want help with identifying and resolving bugs in an existing project or are you just looking for advice on developing Captivate projects, responsive or not? Do you want to get to grips with new features after an update? Do you need help converting old SWF courses to HTML? Those are the types of consultancy that I typically provide - with a 'No solution, no fee' guarantee where problems can be clearly defined.
I also gladly provide training in Adobe Captivate to your staff while in a consultancy assignment – improving the skills of a company’s training technology team is often a good investment.
Support
I can also provide services in a less project-focused scenario, i.e. direct support services for your team when the need arises. In such a “helpdesk” scenario, I solve technical issues, answer questions about less common workflows and offer advice on good practices related to Adobe Captivate. Examples: developing custom themes, creation of (external) libraries, scripting advanced/shared actions, embedding new features, updating SWF courses for HTML output, setup of a labeling table etc.
